Our team is ready to help, day or night

We aim to give every user quick, friendly and qualified support. Whether you are completely new to automated trading or already manage a large portfolio, we are here to answer questions, explain how features work and help resolve problems. Fill in the contact form and tell us what you need. A member of our support team reviews every request and replies as quickly as possible, usually within one business hour, and we are glad to help you get the most out of the platform.

Address

Level 11, 385 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia

Call-centre hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30 AEST, excluding Australian public holidays. Typical wait time: usually under one business hour.

Responsible department

Client Support and Onboarding handles account setup, deposits and withdrawals, document checks, strategy questions and technical issues. If your matter belongs elsewhere, we route it internally, so you never need to work out who to ask.

What support can help with

Registration and onboarding calls, payment method questions, withdrawal timing, understanding reports, security settings such as two-factor authentication, and raising a concern under our complaints process.

Support can explain how the platform works, but cannot advise you to make specific investment decisions. Trading involves risk, including possible loss of capital; see our risk disclosure.

Before you write

A little context in your first message helps us answer properly in the first reply.

Include the basics

The email address on your account, the date the question arose and, for payment matters, the method and amount involved. Never include passwords or one-time codes; support will never ask for them.

What to expect

An acknowledgement the same working day, a substantive reply usually within one business hour, and a named team member you can continue the thread with rather than starting over each time.

If it feels urgent

Suspected unauthorised access or a payment you did not make should be marked urgent in the subject line. Security matters jump the queue, and we would rather review a false alarm than hear about it late.
