Frequently asked questions

The questions below are the ones our support and onboarding teams actually receive, grouped so you can find your situation quickly: general usage, fees and results, platform functions, risks, security and your account, and getting help. Answers are written to be complete but short; where a topic deserves depth, the answer links to the page that provides it.

Registration is open, spots are limited

A personal manager will contact you within 24 hours.

General usage

Fill in the registration form on the home page or the account page: name, email, phone and a password. Confirm your email, and within 24 hours a personal manager calls you to verify your details and arrange setup. There is no charge for registering, and no deposit is required until after that first conversation.

You need to be over 18, an email address you check, a phone you can take a call on, and identity documents for verification: a passport or driver licence, and a proof of address. On the money side, the Basic entry point starts from A$400, funded by card, wallet or direct-entry bank transfer.

No. The platform is built for people without a trading background: the automation handles market watching and execution, and your manager explains each step in plain language. Lacking experience does not reduce the risks, so we still ask every client to read the risk disclosure before depositing.

Yes. The platform works in modern mobile browsers, with a layout designed for small screens: balances, reports, strategy controls and withdrawal requests are all reachable from a phone. Registration and onboarding calls work just as well from a mobile number.

You enter the platform and wait for your manager's call, usually within 24 hours. They verify your identity, answer questions, help you fund the account and agree on strategy settings with you. Nothing trades until that conversation has happened and you have confirmed what you want.

Fees and results

There is no monthly platform fee and no charge for opening or maintaining an account. The costs of trading are a commission of up to 0.58% per transaction, a foreign-exchange spread from 0.8, and a currency conversion of up to 1.50% where it applies. Every applicable amount is shown for your confirmation before a transaction executes.

The fees and pricing page sets out the full schedule by tier and cost type. For any specific transaction, the confirmation screen shows the commission and spread that will apply before you agree to it, which is the number that actually governs.

There is no honest fixed answer: outcomes depend on market conditions, the strategies you run and the amount of time and capital involved, and losses are as possible as gains. The calculator on the home page shows illustrative projections based on historical modelling, which are examples, not forecasts. Any service promising a specific return should be treated as a warning rather than an offer.

No. Trading involves the risk of losing part or all of your capital, and no feature of the platform changes that. Volatility guards and conservative settings manage how risk is taken; they do not remove it.

Platform functions and use

The engine scans the markets you have selected continuously, screens them for patterns and micro-trends, and executes strategies within the limits you agreed with your manager. You receive reports on what it did and why. You can pause, resume or adjust the scope of strategies at any time.

Price movement, trading volumes, volatility, trends and the historical behaviour of the instruments involved. The analysis ranks opportunities probabilistically and feeds the strategies; it is a decision-support tool, not a crystal ball, and the AI page explains the technology properly.

Yes. Which instruments are watched, how positions are sized, when the guards stand things down, and what notifications reach you are all configurable with your manager. Clients who prefer a narrower scope can restrict strategies to a single class, such as shares or digital assets.

Operational notices you cannot turn off: security events, withdrawal confirmations and the periodic summaries. Everything else is your choice at setup and adjustable later, from trade confirmations to volatility-guard events to the daily digest.

Risks

Yes. Partial or total loss of the amount you invest is possible with any trading, automated or not. The risk disclosure details the ten specific risks, and reading it is part of deciding, not homework after it.

It changes the character of risk-taking, not the existence of risk. Automation enforces limits consistently and can stand aside in disordered conditions, which reduces some kinds of exposure. Price risk, liquidity risk and the others remain fully present.

Volatility is how far and fast prices swing; this asset class swings more than most. For you it means sizing positions so a large adverse move is a setback rather than a catastrophe, and the crypto basics page explains it with examples.

Security and your account

Layered measures described in full on the security page: two-factor authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, login alerts, session control, least-privilege access keys and a complete audit history. The strongest single protection is 2FA, which your manager helps you enable on day one.

Funds used in trading sit with the executing venues and providers that hold positions, a structure described honestly in the risk disclosure, because it carries the counterparty risk that structure implies. Withdrawals move money to accounts and cards verified as yours, and every payout passes monitoring checks first.

Use a backup code from the set you stored offline at setup, which restores access immediately. Without backup codes, recovery goes through verified identity with support, which is slower by design. Replacement phones should re-enrol 2FA as soon as you are back in.

Genuine callers know the protective code word you set with your manager, and genuine emails come from our published domain and never ask for passwords or one-time codes. The fraud warning page lists the verification habits worth keeping for life.

Help and support

Email [email protected] during support hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30 AEST, and include your account email and the specifics. Replies usually arrive within one business hour, and security matters marked urgent jump the queue.

Ask before changing things blindly: your manager or support will explain what a setting does and what the alternatives are. Pausing a strategy while you ask is always allowed and never held against you.

Write to [email protected] with "complaint" in the subject line. The complaints page explains the full process, timelines and escalation, including external dispute resolution.

Additional materials

Beyond this page, five resources cover most follow-up questions. The getting-started guide walks through the platform step by step; the crypto basics page explains the asset class in plain words; the fees page sets out every cost by tier; the security page details the nine layers of account protection; and the articles page carries longer reads on trading mistakes, manual versus automated approaches and trading psychology.
